Our body is like a compass and actually shows us very precisely what is happening inside us. Changes in physical sensation can be indications of what is good for us and what is not.

Experiences leave their mark and can manifest as physical reactions, recurring patterns or symptoms. They sometimes lead to us losing touch with the language of the body.

Often, it is only through limitations or pain that one's own body comes into the focus of attention. Unconscious stimulus-response patterns draw attention away from the body and towards supposedly safer realms – such as thoughts or other unconscious strategies.

Body therapy is a completely individual path. Because everyone is unique and nobody is in your shoes. As experiences are stored unconsciously in the body, we move in a space beyond words. Thus, one cannot always know what will show itself. Therefore, trust and, above all, a safe environment for you are important for bodywork.

At the beginning of the work, I will clarify your concern with you. With my toolkit, a very keen perception for changes, I will accompany you verbally and tactilely during the session wherever it is necessary. You determine the pace and course of the work. Throughout this, I pay attention to your resources for self-regulation as well as your boundaries so that you can feel secure.
